TERMS & CONDITION

• products appearing in our website are from different sellers of Rourkela,seller name is mentioned under the products.

• In a single order only products from a single seller can be ordered.

• all the grocery items are handled by a single seller ,means all the grocery items can be ordered at a time or in a single order.

• Order invoice & other details will be sent to users registered email id after placement of order.

• Order will be delivered according to the time slot chosen by the customer.

• Minimum order amount is Rs. 99.

• There are two delivery slots 9am-11am and 5.30 pm-7.30 pm.

• Kindly order before 7am to get delivery at 10 am – 1 pm & order before 3.30 pm to get deliver at 6 -8 pm.

• There are two payment options, cash on delivery & online payment.

• In cash on delivery option we accepts both cash & online payment (google pay,phonpe,paytm)

• In online payment option you can pay with your debit card & credit card.

• Product return request should be placed within 24 hour after delivery.

• Our delivery agent will pickup the product after return request is placed.

• After verification of the product, Total order amount will be refunded excluding delivery charges.

• Order amount will be refunded within 2-4 working days.

• Return/replacement is not available for some items.
